Their dishes feed the soul and nourish the body.Its menu is designed by Chef Oliver Sinclair, who dedicated the last ten years of his life combining and testing recipes with fresh ingredients, without chemical additives, light and with lots of flavor.
Together with a team of nutritionists, all preparations are made with the aim of preserving the maximum amount of nutrients in the food, which are hand-selected to create balanced dishes rich in aroma, flavor and nutritional values.
